As a Fleet Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our delivery fleet.
Your responsibilities will include managing vehicle maintenance, tracking vehicle maintenance records, coordinating vehicle logistics, including drop-off and pick-up for maintenance and rental vans, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor the maintenance and repairs of the delivery fleet vehicles.
Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition and meet safety standards.
Track and manage vehicle maintenance records, including service schedules and repairs.
Drop off and pick up vehicles for any maintenance or repair issues.
Coordinate vehicle logistics, including fueling, parking, and regular cleaning.
Assist with picking up and dropping off rental vans as needed.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to address any fleet-related issues or concerns.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Support the implementation of new technologies and tools aimed at improving fleet operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office Suite and fleet management software.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for fleet operations.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
