Learning and Culture Transformation Coach

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
Culture and Learning Transformation Coaches (CLTs) works to operationalize the district's anti-racist standards and educational equity through a student-centered approach.
CLTs will have a portfolio of schools and spend time each week supporting schools.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND
Responsibilities:
Lead local Anti-Racist Organizational Change Teams to improve school culture, practices, and student leadership, while building a student-centered pedagogy within each school site.
Work with school leadership teams toward improved culture, climate, equity, and anti-racism to ensure FFSD schools provide a safe and caring environment that supports teaching, learning, and student success.
Conduct anti-racist diagnostics within school sites and leverage transformation cycles to prioritize anti-racist standards and support learning.
Participate in the FFSD Equity Committee to plan and implement district equity initiatives and events.
Work collaboratively with human resources to represent the district's equity and anti-racism work to recruit and retain teachers and staff.
Work collaboratively with the director of Family and Community Engagement to strengthen community involvement with all stakeholders (e.
g.
parents, businesses, staff, students, local nonprofits and government agencies) through a collaborative partnerships focused on the goals of the strategic plan.
