Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Has a fundamental responsibility to ensure product safety and quality as it applies to all the duties listed below.
Assist in maintaining production on the blow molders by ensuring the proper materials are being fed to the machines consistently by ensuring the equipment in the material room is maintained and supplied with material at all times.
Perform line clearances on blenders, grinders and material bins when required.
Utilize forklift to move material to & from the material rooms.
Performs duties with due regard to safety for self and other employees while exercising proper care and protection of company property.
Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Reports any malfunctioning equipment or unsafe conditions to supervision immediately.
Cooperates with management in investigating incidents.
Cooperates with all operating personnel and supervision.
Works with a minimum of supervision.
Comply to all GMP rules and regulations Must have the ability to push, pull 40lbs.
Must have the ability to use an electric and manual pallet jack/dollies EDUCATION:
Required:
High School diploma or GED equivalent SKILLS:
Required:
High School Graduate or equivalent.
Can meet the physical demands of position.
Physical and drug screening is required.
Machine operational experience a plus.
Safety and quality focused.
Ability to work 12 hour shifts.
Ability to pass written testing requirements in numeric, visual, verbal comp, space visualization, and work orientation.
Mechanical Aptitude a plus.
