Rapid Locking System is looking for an Accounting Inventory Analyst to join our team.
The Accounting Inventory Analyst is primarily responsible for verification/tracking of all inventory transactions in Microsoft AX.
Other accounting duties as assigned.
Major Responsibilities/Activities Complete transactions between the manufacturing system and the accounting system Work with Purchasing to understand purchased part and raw material costs, and make timely changes in the manufacturing system accordingly Track unit margins via compilation of data from the manufacturing and accounting system Make inventory adjustments in the manufacturing system and ensure associated financial transactions are captured accordingly Update managerial accounting reports to support leadership requests and prompt monthly decision making Support periodic and/or annual inventory counts; re-establish perpetual inventory Establishes and verifies product costing and inventory valuation for accurate Balance Sheet and Income Statement creation Assist Operations with projects as needed Performance of other key projects to achieve overall department and divisional objectives Update managerial accounting reports to support leadership requests and prompt monthly decision making All other duties as assigned Other Functions:

Inventory Management Contacts (Interaction with staff, management, other plants, suppliers/vendors, and/or within the community):
Frequent contact with plant staff and management.
Occasional contact with suppliers/vendors.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (Include education, experience, reasoning ability, special skills, computer ability and licenses or certifications required):
Must have experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX or (D365) Knowledge of MS Office, primarily Excel is essential Bachelor's Degree in (Accounting/IT or related field) required.
Minimum 2
years in an Accountant or similar role.
Cost Accounting experience preferred.
Must possess basic mathematic skills and the ability to analyze figures.
Knowledge of accounting principles Excellent verbal and written skills Must be able to establish priorities and organize efficiently.
Knowledge of MS Office, primarily Excel is essential Must have experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX or (D365) Excellent communication skills in English - Written and Verbal Supervisory Responsibilities (if any):
None Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for long periods of time and ability to use office equipment such as computer and copier.

Must wear PPE when on Manufacturing floor.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
