Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar - Provide administrative support to the office staff - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Collect balances at the end of patients appointment Skills:
- Experience working in a dental office or medical receptionist role is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong typing and computer skills - Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively As a Check Out Receptionist, you will be the last point of contact for our office.
Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
