Responsibilities:
Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information as necessary Knowledgeably prioritize calls according to importance and urgency Monitor field technicians in order to effectively prioritize their schedules and use of time Schedule appointments with clients using the right tech/right call guidelines Data entry into the computer system to track calls and client information as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous dispatching experience (Must Have) Bonus if in the home services industry Strong attention to details Conscientious, team player Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude Ability to commute/relocate:
Hazelwood, MO 63042:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
